Frequently asked questions

Are Salamander windows energy efficient?

Yes. With triple glazing the bluEvolution profiles reach Uw values down to 0.73 W/m²K, well above what most replacement windows achieve.

Can I choose a different colour inside and outside?

Yes. Frames can be foiled in one colour outside and another inside, for example anthracite grey outside and white inside.

Which profile should I choose, 82 or 72?

The 82 mm profile gives the best insulation and takes thicker glass. The 72 mm profile is a strong, more economical option for most replacements. We will recommend one when we survey your home.
